FAQ's from our members:

1. I signed up for NJAAPT when I renewed my membership for AAPT.  So why do I have to renew my membership again for NJAAPT?

Answer: NJAAPT database and membership is completely separate from AAPT. 

2. I changed my password and now I want to update my membership.  What do I do?

Answer: Just log into the website and click on: Members: Join/Renew/Edit

3. I want to change my email in the new database.

Answer: Just log into the website and click on: Members: Join/Renew/Edit

4. I tried to login but it did not recognize my email.

Answer: In the upload process, we might have uploaded a prior email address.  If that happened, then send an email to njaapt@gmail.com and let us know which email address you would like.

5. I want to send a check instead of paying online.

Answer: Go through the process of the transaction, be it renewing membership, joining, or signing up for an event.  Instead of paying online choose the option to create an invoice.  An invoice will be mailed to your login-email.  There are mailing instructions on the invoice.  Mail a copy of your invoice with a check.
