We are going to use both Vernier Software (proprietary) and Tracker (free).  We will show you how to install Tracker and run it.

The cost of the workshop is $20.  Each attendee will receive a copy of Physics With Video Analysis from Vernier ($48 value).  This is both a printed book and access to the electronic version of the book.  The book will only be provided to physics teachers who attend the workshop.

The workshop will include the following topics:

0. Coffee etc. for arrival

1. Capturing of videos

2. Using Logger Pro (May require a license if you do not have some Vernier Products)

3. Using Tracker (Free Video Analysis Software)

4. Discussion of uses in Physics classes

We are limited to 24 attendees.  You may pay by invoice or credit card.  Please sign up to reserve your space.

If you would like to attend but can not get the invoice completed by October 21, because of district requirements,  please contact Daniel Kaplan at dkaplan@marsd.org and we will work with you to make arrangements for you to attend and the finish payment either at of after the event.
