TED Talks are influential videos from expert speakers on many different topics, including science. During the busy school year, it's hard to find time to watch these videos, whether for your teaching or your own knowledge. So here's your chance!
For this year's holiday event, a variety of TED talks related to Physics will be shown and discussed. These presentations will hopefully provide a real enhancement to your own knowledge, and perhaps something to bring back to your classroom!
There will be some give-aways and door prizes. Pizza and snacks will be served.
The Green Table --- Bring some functional lab equipment, books or anything else physics-related that you don't use or need anymore for our "Green Table" so it can be passed on to another physics teacher who might be able to use it!
Meet up with other Physics teachers, share ideas, and have some Holiday/Physics fun!
