We had a very productive meeting last night.  The group consensus was to change the construction material of the wind power lifter from spaghetti to straws and to allow cups to be used for the vanes.  New rules attached.

We also modified the rules for the spaghetti marshmallow tower mostly to make the judging of the event easier. Updated rules attached.
