Can a leg that fits within a 15x15 area be on the barge as long as the whole barge fits in the 20cmx20cmx7cm box?
As long as the entire barge fits inside 20x20x7cm and floats, and the base (bottom most and measurable part of the barge is 15x15 cm or less, it should be fine.
